We did see rain showers today across our northern and eastern areas as expected but they are long gone now. If you saw rain consider yourself lucky. High pressure will be moving back in keeping us dry through next week. Temperatures are hot throughout the crossroads with 90s all around. Tonight lows will be near 80 degrees. Thursday will be another hot hazy and humid afternoon with highs in the upper 90s. Friday we will see the same story as well. The tropics remain very active with three tropical waves in the Atlantic.

Invest 91-L and 92-L now have a 50% of development over the next five days. The tropical wave just moving off the African coast has a 40% of development in the next five days. We will be keeping our eyes out on these waves to see how they will affect our weather here in the crossroads. We had two pollen today grass and mold. Mold in the low category and grass in the moderate category. Marine forecast: 3-4 foot seas, bays have a slight chop and water temp of 87. The next seven days we will see highs near 100 degrees.
