Your Sunday Evening Forecast
Good evening to everyone hope everyone is having a great Sunday. We are watching spotty showers along the coast moving inland. Most of the showers are from Hwy 59 to the south. We will see them last a little while longer before weakening. Tomorrow we will see more scattered showers and storms just like today before the upper low moves west enough that will decrease our rain chances some. Highs for Monday will remain in the lower 90s thanks to cloud cover and storms. Monday night lows will fall back into the middle 70s. Tuesday we will see more clouds and storms. However coverage will not be as high like the last couple of days.
As we go into the work week, the positioning of the high pressure ridge will determine how much rain we may see into the weekend. There may be enough moisture to cause some showers. Highs will be rising back into the middle to upper 90s. In the tropics we are watching invest 95-L which now has 40% of development in the next five days. We will keep our eyes on it as move towards the Caribbean. The marine forecast calls for smooth bays and 1-2 ft seas. Tomorrow we will see highs in the lower 90s out west with scattered storms. And the same thing in Victoria and to the east. Rain chances will decrease into the week as we heat up a lot back into the middle to upper 90s.
