Your Saturday Evening Forecast
Showers have been the weather story for today as the upper low responsible for the rain is to our southwest. As the upper low rotates north and east, the heavy rain axis will continue to head east into the Crossroads. I believe the heaviest of rain will be from Bee County to the coastline. Rain amounts for the rest of tonight into tomorrow will range from 1-2″ with heavier amounts near the coastline. We will dry out temporarily for Monday as our next storm system will bring a cold front Tuesday evening into Wednesday morning. Afterward, rain chances will drop to 20% Thursday- Saturday with highs in the lower to middle 70s.
