Whataburger Fans Use Snapchat for the Ultimate Prize: 10 Years of Burgers

SAN ANTONIO – March 7, 2016 – Starting today, Whataburger fans can snap for burgers as the company launches its channel on the popular photo and video messaging app, Snapchat.

To celebrate the launch, Whataburger is asking fans to follow them on Snapchat to find out how they can win the prize burger lovers only dream about – a free Whataburger each week for 10 years. While the company has given away “Whataburger for a Year” in the past, this will be the first time Whataburger offers “Whataburger for a Decade” to one lucky fan.

“Whataburger’s launch into Snapchat will allow us to entertain fans, showcase the Whataburger lifestyle and, of course, highlight our delicious food,” said Pam Cox, Whataburger’s Vice President of Corporate Communications. “We’ve seen how popular Snapchat is among our Millennial customers, and think this social platform gives us a great chance to interact with more fans in fun, new ways.”
