Wet Week Ahead, but Some Drying for the Weekend

The combination of deep layer tropical moisture from the Gulf of Mexico and Eastern Pacific, along with mid level instability, will mean the likelihood of thunderstorms through midweek. As dynamics begin to weaken, we will see less rainfall potential by the end of the work week, then scattered thunderstorms over the weekend. Meanwhile, eyes are on the Gulf of Mexico where Tropical Storm Gordon is moving quickly toward a late Tuesday landfall near Biloxi, MS. The storm should have no significant impact on the Crossroads.
