WHAT WE’RE TRACKING:
Cool air will move out of the northeast Sunday and Sunday night with clouds and cooler temperatures.Â
PLANNING YOUR NEXT 24 HOURS:
One more day of clouds and cooler temperatures before the sun starts to warm the area up.  Â
EXTENDED FORECAST:
The area will dry out while temperatures will start to rise. High pressure will be in the Gulf as well as high pressure moving in from the Desert Southwest early in the week allowing for air to move in from the northwest. Storms could move through the Crossroads as early as Tuesday and during the middle of the week but with limited available moisture, rain chances will stay on the lower side. As moisture increases later in the week then rain chances could increase on Thursday. The increase in temperatures will only bring the area closer to the average in the upper 80s and low 90s.  Â

In a Chicago area high school I was voted, “Most Unforgettable.” Who would have thought I’d actually be able to live up to that billing as well as parlay that into a career I love? I had my doubts at times but here I am after stints on reality television and now as a television weather anchor.
