VICTORIA, Texas - Skies and fair to partly cloudy as a weak upper level disturbance has brought isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms to the Crossroads today. The most concentrated rains are over southwestern parts of the region. Expect clearing skies overnight, then isolated showers and storms return for your Friday. At this time, it appears that the wetness will end before Friday night outdoor activities get underway, then fair skies prevail over the weekend. The latest computer model output suggests the first major fall cold front to be arriving before daybreak on Monday, with a significant cool down through midweek. An even more potent front is expected early next Friday. Highs will be in the middle 90s over the weekend and cool to the 80s to around 90 during the week. Lows in the lower 70s through the weekend will dip well into the 60s next week.
