VICTORIA, Texas - An upper level disturbance approaching South Texas from northwestern Mexico is producing a large swath of light to moderate rain, and extensive related cloudiness is keeping temperatures in the 40s. Expect the cold and wet conditions to persist overnight and through much of Thursday, with the disturbance moving away and rain ending by late afternoon tomorrow. Fair skies and warmer conditions will prevail Friday and Saturday. A fast moving storm system will bring scattered showers late Sunday through Sunday night, with fair and warmer weather Monday through next week. Highs will gradually warm from the lower 60s Friday into the upper 70s Wednesday. Lows should moderate from the upper 30s Friday to the middle 60s Wednesday.
