Water restored to parts of Port O’Connor after water main leak
PORT O'CONNOR, Texas — A water main leak left nearly one hundred residents without water during the early morning hours Wednesday in Port O’Connor.
According to the Port O’Connor Improvement District, a leak in a water main forced officials to shut off water from Highway 185 to Harrison on 10th and 14th street for repairs.
The cut off took place just before 11 am.
Nearly one hundred residents in the area were affected by the water cut-off.
Officials say the main has since been repaired and water has been restored in the area.
