Victoria woman inspired to become a trainer after Camp Gladiator workout

VICTORIA, Texas – Camp Gladiator made a stop in Victoria Saturday – to help Victoria residents get their blood flowing with a community workout at Victoria West High School.

Victoria resident, Irma Valdez, made it to the 8 a.m. workout.

“Strength is not only doable but it’s attainable through the work outs that they do, it’s beginner to advanced and anybody can do it,” Valdez said. “There should be no excuse to get out there and get moving. I’d like to start training others to do it, it’s something that I want to do.”

Camp Gladiator started out as  a 40-participant workout in Dallas, Texas in 2008. It was launched by Ally and Jeff Davidson who were featured in television’s American Gladiators.
