Victoria Private Golf Courses Closing
City, County Order Closings
Golf in Victoria, shutting down for the month.
The golf courses at Victoria Country Club and The Club At Colony creek, closing down at the end of today, and they will stay closed the rest of April. Officials at both courses were personally informed today by Victoria mayor Rawley McCoy and Victoria County Judge Ben Zeller that they have determined that golf courses are nonessential. This is in alignment with Governor Greg Abbott’s determination earlier this week in a conference call with city leaders. Riverside Golf Course was closed by the city of Victoria last month.
After 6:00 p.m. Thursday night, I received this e-mail from the Club At Colony Creek golf head pro Aaron Speaker.

The Pro Shop is closed, however we ask that our members continue to respect and abide by the Club Rules of Play.
