Victoria Police Department arrested three more people in connection to weekend shooting

The three individuals have also been charged with murder

VICTORIA, Texas – In a press release, the Victoria Police Department states three additional juveniles were arrested today in connection to a weekend shooting that left one dead. All were charged with murder.

On Feb. 19, 2022, at around 11:48 P.M., officers responded to the 1000 block of Lova Drive in reference to a shooting.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that a motorist, later identified as 40-year-old Tinasha Upton of Victoria, had been shot as she drove her vehicle southbound on Lova Dr. The vehicle crashed into a fence and the driver was pronounced deceased as a result of the shooting.
