Victoria Police Chief Jeff Craig attended his last City Council meeting

VICTORIA, Texas- Today’s city council meeting started off with the recognition of Victoria Chief Police Jeff Craig for his eight plus years serving the City of Victoria.

The items on the agenda were all approved including reappointing members to the Victoria County Public Health Department Board of Health, applying for a grant program for over 3.5 million dollars and to award a contract for the 2020-2021 street sweeping project for over 250,000 dollars.

The council dismissed to an executive session where they would deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property interest also to discuss the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect that the city seeks to have.
