Victoria Police arrest three for aggravated robbery

On Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at approximately 9:13pm, Victoria Police Department Officers responded to a business in the 7600 block of North East Zac Lentz Parkway in reference to a shoplifter.

Preliminary investigation revealed two subjects exited the store without attempting to pay for the miscellaneous items. Prior to leaving the store, one of the subjects brandished a knife and threatened an employee at the location. The two subjects left the area in a dark colored four door vehicle, where a third subject was waiting in the driver’s seat.

Patrol officers were able to locate the black four door vehicle traveling southbound on Main Street. A traffic stop was effected in the 100 block of West Trinity and through the investigation, all three were subsequently arrested for Aggravated Robbery.

They have been identified as following:

Jimmy Ray Trevino, 30, Victoria, charged with Aggravated Robbery and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.

Donovan Mack Miller, 32, Victoria, charged with Aggravated Robbery, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and warrant arrest.

Kyle David Riggs, 31, Victoria, charged with Aggravated Robbery, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility and Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1<1G.
