Victoria Murder Trial continues with key testimony and cross-examination
The trial resumes tomorrow at 9 a.m.
VICTORIA, Texas – The trial of Jesus Martinez continues today with a key witness testimony.
31-year-old, Kimberly Hoff, of Yoakum finished her testimony this morning.
Hoff was charged with two counts of murder and tampering with evidence after the double homicide on Jecker Street.
Back in September of 2018, Hoff accompanied Martinez to the home where the murders occurred.
The defense brought several more people to the stand. One of them was the nurse supervisor of the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office for a cross examination of Hoff.
The day ended with the prosecution presenting evidence such as police body cam footage and a gun that Martinez had in his possession the day of his arrest.
The trial will resume tomorrow at 9 a.m.
