Victoria Landfill to Temporarily Change Operating Hours
due to the ongoing COVID - 19 pandemic, the Victoria landfill had to adjust their operating hours.
According to Victoria environmental services, beginning this Saturday the 18th, the Victoria landfill will change their hours to 7am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, and from 7am to 10 am on Saturday. Gardenville, the nearby compost facility, will remain open their normal hours from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 7am until 1pm. This change is only temporary, until the treat of COVID – 19 reduces. The Victoria landfill is located south of town at 18141 FM 1686, about a half mile east of highway 185.
