Victoria Fire Department helps restore water to two dialysis clinics
The Polar Plunge
VICTORIA, Texas- Several fire fighters with the Victoria Fire Department worked two nights to get water restored at two local dialysis clinics.
This morning, both clinics are fully operational and treating patients. Hundreds of people depend on the clinics.
The City of Victoria wrote on its Facebook page:
“This would not have been possible without the support of Dr. John McNeill and the L6 Ranch for providing a 4,000 gallon tanker truck and Geigle Utilities for providing equipment and materials. Also instrumental in the effort was the leadership of Assistant Fire Chief Shannon Martin and the effort and determination by Fire Engineer Wendell Geigle, Fire Engineer Chris Thompson, and Fire Lieutenant Allen Carroll.”
