Victoria County new COVID-19 cases rise in April
190 case rise over March
VICTORIA, Texas—The number of new COVID-19 Victoria County cases in April increased over the March totals.
This information from Victoria County Public Health Department director David Gonzales. In February, there were 525 COVID-19 new cases in Victoria County, a decrease of 864 cases in one month. In March, there were 275 cases in Victoria County, a one-month drop of 250 cases. In April, there were 465 COVID-19 Victoria County cases, a one-month rise of 190 cases. Percentage wise, Victoria County averaged 15.5 new cases in April compared to 8.9 new cases a day in March.
