Victoria County hospitalization rate below 15% for seven consecutive days

VICTORIA, Texas- The trauma service area that includes Victoria County has now had its 7th consecutive day of being below the 15% hospitalization threshold. Victoria County no longer meets the definition of a “high hospitalization area”. That means establishments can open at higher occupancy levels allowable under Governor Abbott’s orders.
The five other counties under the same trauma service area include, Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Jackson, and Lavaca counties.
