Victims in Hallettsville mobile home fire identified
Father survived fire and was transfered to a Houston hospital
HALLETTSVILLE, Texas – A family friend released the names of the two children lost in a mobile home fire Monday morning.
Carter Thomas Goode was 3-years-old. Louis J. Goode was five-months-old.
Carter and Louis were brothers. They died together Monday morning when the mobile home they were in went up in flames. The mobile home was in the 300 block of Pecan St.
Authorities said the father was home at the time and was taken to the hospital due to his emotional state. The mother of the two children was at work at the time.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
