United Airlines to change polices after viral video backlash

United Airlines is changing some of it’s policies after the backlash from the viral video.

United Airlines is still working to calm the outrage over a man being dragged off a plane in Chicago.

After announcing that it would no longer ask police to remove passengers from full flights, the airline has now said it will compensate all travelers who were on that flight.

A spokesperson for the airlines said passengers can take the compensation in cash, travel credits or miles.

The airline and Chicago’s Aviation Department have been summoned before a city council committee to answer questions about the confrontation AT O’Hare Airport.
