UHV Jaguars win last two against Texas A&M Texarkana
UHV baseball win last two doubleheader games against TAMTU
VICTORIA,Texas–The UHV Jaguars played their last set of doubleheaders against Texas A&M Texarkana on Saturday.
After losing both games to the Eagles on Friday, the Jaguars would take game one in the final day of the doubleheader 6-4. The Jaguars pitching allowed just 8 hits the entire game. Different from game two because the second game was a high scoring one as both teams would make it into the double digits. The Jaguars get on the board with a six-run second inning. Jaguars would dominate on the bases, and even though the Eagles stay in the game close, they would fall short by two runs and Jaguars win with a final score of 16-14 to wrap up the series, winning the last two games.
