Two Victoria women deliver over 200 discarded Christmas trees to help preserve the Texas Coast

Jewel Buchanan and Anabel Mondolfi, Victoria residents, collected over 200 discarded Christmas trees as part of an effort to preserve the Texas Coast.

 

VICTORIA, Texas – Over the weekend, Victoria residents Jewel Buchanan and Anabel Mondolfi,  dropped off about 200 discarded Christmas trees in West Columbia. They rented a U-Haul to get the last batch of trees there as part of an effort to preserve the Texas Coast. They are going to continue collecting trees from Victoria residents through the week and are scheduling another trip to drop them off before the volunteer beach work day slated for this coming weekend.
