Trey’s First Warn Sunday Forecast (5/15) Finally seeing some rain chances

Serious drought conditions for the area

Tonight: Mostly clear and breezy. Low: 68. Winds: S 10 – 20 mph.

Monday: Patchy am fog, then mostly sunny and hot. High: 97. Winds: SE 10 – 20 mph.

Extended forecast: Tuesday through Sunday. Highs in the mid 90’s, lows in the low to mid 70’s. Mostly sunny skies.

Synopsis: Yet another day of hot, dry, and windy weather. High pressure ridge continues to dominate the area, which will pretty much stay in place throughout the week. However the high pressure ridge look to be breaking down a bit towards the weekend, which maybe just enough for some slight rain chances by then. Remember, we are in a serious drought situation, so rain is needed so badly. Try to conserve water when you can. ~ Trey
