Trey’s First Warn Friday AM Forecast (7/29) – Rain Chances Continue
Triple digit heat indices each afternoon
Today: Partly cloudy with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. High: 96. Winds: SE 15 mph. Rain chance 30%
Tonight: Partly cloudy and humid. Low: 77. Winds: SE 10 mph.
Saturday: Partly cloudy with isolated rain shower possible. High: 96. Winds: SE 10 mph. Rain chance 10%.
Synopsis: Scattered rain showers and storms possible again today, with deep tropical moisture an instability in the area due to low pressure area aloft. 30% rain chance on Friday. Less chances by the weekend, as high pressure temporarily builds back in over the weekend. High looks to once again retrograde back, allowing more moisture and better instability to return to the area. This means scattered to isolated rain showers possible again next week. In the meantime….heat will be the main weather feature. Stay cool and hydrated. ~ Trey
