The NFL Hall of Fame class of 2021 is announced
HOF class of 2021 includes names like Peyton Manning and Charlie Woodson
(A) The NFL announced the 2021 Hall of Fame class.
Former Colts and Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning headlines the group, getting in during his first year of eligibility.Manning is a five-time NFL MVP and was named to the Pro Bowl 14 times and an ll-Pro 10 times. He’s also a two-time Super Bowl champion, including the game’s MVP in 2009. Charles Woodson is a 9-time Pro Bowler and won the Defensive Player of the Year in 2009. He helped lead the Packers to a Super Bowl win in 2010. Woodson finished his 18-year career tied for 5th all-time in interceptions with 65. Former Detroit Lions star wide receiver Calvin Johnson recorded five 1200-yard seasons. He abruptly retired following the 2015 season, where he had 88 catches for 1,2,14 yards and 9 touchdowns.
The other inductees include Tom Flores, Drew Pearson, Alan Faneca, Bill Nunn, and John Lynch.
