The Children’s Discovery Museum rings in the new year with their Princess and Superhero bash

The Children’s Discovery Museum held their 6th annual Princess and Superhero New Years Eve bash.

All the children dress up as their favorite superhero or princess and they got to do fun activities, like face painting, dancing, along with learning from a ranger about animals and they waited until noon for all their balloons to drop.

Tiffany Corbell says this all about bringing in the new year as a family.

“Celebrate 2019 and talk about what you’re going to do for the year, and what your family is going to do and what yall’s goals are,” Corbell says. “And how you’re just going to make it a better year, because we all know that we need to make it a better year and there is things we can improve on. So its just a fun way for families to come out and spend a little quality time together.”

In one room children got their chance to come work at Newscenter 25 and help Trey with the weather.
