Texas State Agencies Provide Mental Health Support, Financial Assistance To Hundreds In Uvalde Community
AUSTIN – The State of Texas is ramping up efforts to support the victims in the Uvalde tragedy. Texas State Agencies have come up with a comprehensive plan to assist the victims in Uvalde. Multiple agencies have already sent representatives to the area to join forces with local officials with goals of reaching out to victims’ families, school faculty and the entire community.
The Uvalde community can call a 24/7 hotline at 888-690-0799. As of today the hotline has answered 400 calls.
