Taste of the Town

Today many restaurants volunteered in helping support the Perpetual Help Home organization. As many local food vendors participated, many people from the community joined along in supporting a great cause.

Taste of the Town consisted of 17 restaurants to raise money for Perpetual Help Home. The organization, which helps women in poverty and their children, wants to make this an annual tradition. PHH provides a home and program to help them get back up on their feet. It is Christian based and is a restorative home.

“This is a brand new event for Perpetual Help Home. It’s a fundraiser to raise money for a home that provides room and board to women in poverty and their children. We’re very excited about it,” said Dana Cole, Board President of Perpetual Help Home.

“Every vendor that’s here is donating their time and their food so their money to raise money for perpetual home. Perpetual help home The tickets all the money goes to perpetual,” said Victoria Perez, employee at Yummy Finds.
