GALVESTON, Texas – Spring break is right around the corner and Moody Gardens is offering some spring savings opportunities and experiences for families and friends at one of the most popular tourist destinations in Texas.

Moody Gardens offers unique experiences where guests can explore the Rainforests of Asia, Africa and the Americas inside the Rainforest Pyramid or visit the Aquarium Pyramid, where guests travel from the Caribbean to the South and North Pacific, featuring seals, penguins and thousands of fish from the oceans of the world all within one centralized location.

Along with exploring the world’s ecosystems, guests can sit down and enjoy recently added films such as the Hidden Pacific 3D inside of the MG3D Theater and the Sharks 4D and Aquaman 4D inside the 4D Special FX Theater.

During March and April, Moody Gardens is offering 10% off the best available rate at the hotel for their Spring Sale. This makes for the perfect opportunity to turn a day trip into an entire week of fun spent checking out the attractions, lounging by the hotel pool, relaxing at the spa, or playing a few rounds of golf. Guests will also have the option to apply their admission purchase towards an Annual Membership, which will pay for itself in only two visits and includes a ton of membership benefits.

Want to take a boat tour of a section of Galveston Offats bayou? Hop on the Colonel Paddlewheel Boat with your friends and family and enjoy the beautiful scenery and maybe spot some dolphins on the sides of the boat guiding you throughout the bayou. Don’t miss the Dinner Cruise on March 13th featuring a Texas BBQ menu with crisp garden salad, slow-smoked brisket with spicy BBQ sauce, smoky rotisserie chicken with pan drippings, cream corn, garlic roasted new potatoes and whisky pecan chocolate chip cookies. Boarding begins at 6 p.m and the cruise will begin at 7 p.m.
