100 plus heat index value
Scattered storms again today, as upper level weakness and abundant moisture prevails. Perhaps a bit less in the way of rain coverage today, as high pressure ridge and dryer air begins to work into the area. This ridge will reduce rain chances to 20% at best Thursday and Friday. A weak cool front nears the area over the weekend. this boundary will raise rain chances Saturday and Sunday. This front will do nothing to our temperatures and humidity levels. Rain chances reduce again to 20% by Monday. Highs mid to upper 90’s, lows upper 70’s. ~ Trey
