Sunrise Pet of The Week for Fri-Yay 9-16-22

Adopt Ophelia

Pet Of The Week Graphic 5 28 21

Today is Fri-Yay, and here on Sunrise that means it’s also time for Pet of The Week.  A segment where we highlight a couple of shelter pets here in The Crossroads looking for their furrever homes.  This morning we want to introduce you to a furry dog friend, from the Adopt-A-Pet Victoria here in the Crossroads.

Howie: This is Ophelia and she’s a black and white, spayed, 61-pound, 1-Year and 1-Month old female, Great Dane puppy doggeeeehhh, that loves to play with toys and stuffed animals.  Ophelia has been at Adopt-A-Pet Victoria since July, but I don’t know why because she is a super friendly, energetic fun-loving cute canine.  She would make an excellent family dog because as energetic as she is, I definitely saw her calm side.  Her gentle personality and friendly nature are fun to be around.  Ophelia loves kisses, being pet and should be fairly easy to train.  And if you think Ophelia looks like Scooby Doo, well you are correct because they are both the same breed.  So go get some Scooby Snacks for when Ophelia becomes part of the family.

Here’s how you can get to the pawty or in general get in contact with Adopt-A-Pet of Victoria if you’re interested in Ophelia, or any other furry friend.

You can visit them at their location at 8215 Houston Highway here in Victoria. You can also call them.  Their number is 361-575-7387.

If you’d like to take a look at all the furry friends they have waiting to find their furrever families.  All available cats and dogs are listed on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/adoptapetvictoria.
