St. Joseph High School extends spring break by one week

VICTORIA, Texas- The President of St. Joseph High School, John Gilley, announced in a statement to parents and students that their spring break will be extended by an extra week in response to the recent events dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak.

“There will be no school the week of March 23-27. We will continue to monitor the situation and either come back to school on Monday, March 30, or move to a distance-learning model at that time,” the statement reads.

This decision on school closure will also include the continuation of the current suspension of all extra-curricular activities. No school activities of any kind will take place through March 29.
