St. Joseph Defeated by Holy Cross at Home

St. Joseph Baseball took on Holy Cross in home district action at Riverside Stadium on Friday. It was a close game until the Knights scored ten in the fourth inning. Holy Cross went on to win 13-1 in five innings.

Zeke Holder was the losing pitcher. The Flyers had just three hits, two of them by Tyler Coleman, with a double and a triple. Coleman also scored the Flyers’ only run on Dyllan Witte’s fourth-inning sac fly.

St. Joseph Baseball is now 2-5 in district, and will continue district play on Tuesday at Riverside Stadium against John Paul.
