Sgt. Bernard graduates from one of the nation’s premiere law enforcement management programs

The program is comprised of three modules

VICTORIA, Texas – The Victoria Police Department announced Sgt. William Bernard’s graduation from the LEMIT LCC program on Friday.

The Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT), specifically the Leadership Command College (LCC), is one of the nation’s premiere law enforcement management programs.

The LCC sets the standard for excellence in police leadership. It consists of three modules, each one being three-weeks long. One module takes places at the Texas A&M University, another at Texas Women’s University and the final module at Sam Houston State University.
