Rain Starts Your Work Week
VICTORIA, Texas – Your work week is not starting out very bright, with a 30% chance of rain on Monday. As we begin to feel the Tropical Wave’s influence (which will soon be moving into Texas, the precipitation is just lagging), the rain chances jump to 60% on Tuesday and Wednesday under mostly cloudy skies.
Independence Day looks great for grilling, hanging out by the pool, then later having fireworks fun (safely of course). Expect highs to be in the low 90s and partly cloudy skies. There is a slight chance for rain, 20%, but it will be very isolated in nature. Definitely plan to spend the holiday outdoors in the Crossroads!
After that, we end the week on a sunny note as high pressure dominates. Highs will slowly climb back into the mid 90s, and heat indices will climb with them into the triple digits.
