Pedestrian Project Surveys;City Works to Improve Pedestrian Safety

The City of Victoria is preparing two applications requesting funds from the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside program through the Texas Department of Transportation (federal funds). This funding program solely funds bicycle and pedestrian construction projects. The City of Victoria is requesting funds for pedestrian improvements along two key corridors: Navarro and Houston Highway. Both projects are preliminary, and will only be completed if they are funded. These potential projects have not yet been approved by City Council. The city would like to hear your voice!
