Partly Cloudy Skies and Isolated to Scattered Showers Today and Thursday

Isolated Showers Friday

The combination of humid onshore flow and daytime heating, in conjunction with a weakening upper level ridge, is allowed mainly afternoon showers and thunderstorms both today and Thursday. By Friday, the upper ridge strengthens enough to limit precipitation to isolated showers, with conditions generally dry Friday night through the weekend. A true fall cold front arrives Monday morning, and its associated air mass change will mean highs only in the 80s with lows in the 60s next week. Isolated showers can be expected with the front on Monday.
