Partly Cloudy and Very Warm with Only Isolated Showers

Pattern of Minimal Rain Chances through the Week

With little more than daytime heating of only marginally unstable air, isolated showers and one or two small thunderstorms is all the Crossroads received today. Not much more than that is expected through the work week, before a plume of tropical moisture pushes from the western Caribbean into our area over the weekend. Even better rain chances are anticipated Saturday and Sunday, and especially next week. In the meantime, expect partly cloudy, warm nights and hot afternoons with isolated showers. Temperatures will peak in the middle to upper 90s, with lows holding in the upper 70s.
