VICTORIA, Texas -Â On Thursday, March 2nd the Victoria Police Department Special Crimes Unit Detectives conducted an on-going investigation at a residence in the 1200 block of Parsifal St. During their investigation, a traffic stop was conducted on a Ford F-150 in the 300 block of W. Murray St. for a traffic violation. 55 year-old Stephen Orsak was located in the vehicle and ultimately arrested for possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 <1g (Methamphetamine).
Special Crimes Detectives then executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1200 block of Parsifal St. This revealed illegal narcotics, weapons and additional items used to sell or distribute illegal narcotics. Orsak was then additionally arrested for the following charges:
