Police respond at the corner of Greenwood and Locust

VICTORIA, Texas - At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Monday, Victoria Police Department officers responded to the 3100 block of Greenwood Drive and Locust Avenue after a man suffered a gunshot wound to his leg. Through investigatino, police determined the shooting was an accidental discharge.

The male was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Zachary Brown was born in Houston where he first gained interest in journalism at a young age.
