Ja'Carrien Giles is going to be a running back for the Mount Union Raiders. The coaches in Ohio reached out to the senior and Giles jumped at the opportunity. His goals for his freshman year are to start his rookie season and win a championship with the team.
I really love [my family] and it feels really great, said Giles. Everything I've worked for, every morning, every day, waking up early in the morning, every practice, working hard to get here where I am today.Â
Giles wants to major in business management and eventually open his own shoe and clothing store, if football does not work out. He will report to Mount Union Aug. 8 for training.Â
