National Weather Service and DeWitt Emergency Management to present FloodAware Program

The DeWitt County Emergency Management Coordinator is announcing the FloodAware program which will be presented October 7 th at the Cuero Municipal Park Club House.

This program, presented by the National Weather Service, is open to the public and is free. There will also be DeWitt County Floodplain, Emergency Management, Drainage District, and the City of Cuero representatives to discuss regulations and answer questions in DeWitt County.

The FloodAware Program will include training from the National Weather Service and DeWitt County Emergency Management, a presentation about why and how Cuero floods, family flood preparedness and more.

This event is free and open to the public. It takes place from 6-8 p.m. Monday, October 7 th at the Cuero Municipal Park Clubhouse 201 Leonard Roy Harmon Dr. Cuero Texas, 77954.
