Mostly Cloudy, Mild and Humid Conditions Persist

Isolated Showers, Late Night Fog Prevail

A persistent southeasterly flow is keeping Guld moisture entrenched over the Crossroads late today, and even some showers have been isolated over the area. No significant rainfall amounts have been totalled, and not much is expected over the next couple of days. In fact, the unseasonable warmth will continue through midday Thursday, when a strong cold front returns polar to the region. Temperatures will fall dramatically late Thursday and stay in the 40s throughout Friday. A quick recovery into the upper 50s Saturday and upper 60s Sunday is expected, however. The best chance for rain will be on Thursday, as scattered thunderstorms line up along the frontal zone.
