Synopsis: South Texas is dealing with heavy rainfall, flooding, winds and thunderstorms on Saturday but dry conditions will return again on Sunday night and Monday before rain chances increase again on Tuesday.  The showers and thunderstorms that continue on Saturday will clear from west to east Saturday night.  A cold front drops down on Tuesday allowing for some scattered showers, but by Wednesday, the area starts to clear up, dry off and see a number of days with sunshine.  High pressure moves in on Wednesday allowing for temperatures to stay around and even above average while the sun shines.  Temperatures will be in the 80’s but far off to the west there could be triple digit temperatures in Rio Grande as warm air pushes up from the south (Mexico).
