Local Gymnasts Have Big First Day At Nationals Updated 8:22 P.M.
Manning Gymnast Wins National Title
Des Moines, Iowa —
A national champion for Manning Gymnastics Tuesday night.
12-year-old Jaden McCarter, teaming up with Sage Goldman of Houston to win the Level ten, 14 and under synchronized trampoline national title in Des Moines, Iowa. This is Jaden’s third straight year to win a national title and the 20th straight year Manning Elite coach Chad Ganaway has coached a national titleist. McCarter is also sitting in second place going into the Level ten trampoline finals Thursday morning. Paxton Henley of Manning’s, teaming up with Peyton Brown of Cedar Park to take third in Level ten 15 and over synchro. That’s the third year in a row Paxton has medaled at nationals in synchro.
Five kids from Victoria Gymagic, qualifying for finals at nationals. Angelina Garza, first place in double mini tramp Level 9 13-14 age group prelims. Noah Lowry, second in trampoline Level 10 13-14 and fifth in double mini Level 9. Aleisa Popp, second in trampoline Level 9 10 and under. Kaylee Morales, fifth in trampoline level 10 13-14. Finals for them also Fourth Of July night.
