Learn How to Be Safe During Severe Weather

The City of Cuero Fire Department and the City of Cuero will host The National Weather Service SKYWARN Training this Tuesday.

The training is at the Cuero Municipal Park Clubhouse from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m on January 31st.

The class is presented by the National Weather Service. One of the Meteorologist from the forecast center in New Braunfels, who covers DeWitt County.

While the title states Storm Spotter Training, it is a great way to learn more about the weather and keep you, your family and friends safe when it comes to the weather.

You do not have to sign up to be a Storm Spotter to attend this informative class.

You will learn why warnings and watches are issued and what you need to do during them.

The event is open to all ages. Everyone is welcome.
