Lavaca County residents encouraged to self-report damages to homes and businesses via the iSTAT
As a result of the recent severe weather event
LAVACA COUNTY, Texas – Lavaca County Office of Emergency Management is urging all residents in the surrounding areas to self-report any damages sustained to their homes and/or businesses, as a result of the severe weather via the iSTAT website. The purpose o this survey is to identify damages and support emergency management officials across the state to gain an understanding of damages that have happened during the recent severe weather event.
You will have the opportunity to upload photos of your damages during the survey. Please make sure photos are clear and represent disaster-related damages.
The survey is available in both English and Spanish and can be accessed by visiting https://damage.tdem.texas.gov/. Reporting damages to Emergency Management is a voluntary activity, is not a replacement for reporting damages to an insurance agency and does not guarantee disaster relief assistance.
