Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrest three people for drive-by shooting
On Monday Jackson County SO arrested three individuals for a drive-by shooting.
JACKSON COUNTY, Texas – On Monday, June 13, 2022, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest of three people for a drive-by shooting. The Jackson County SO posting on their Facebook announcing the arrest.
At 9:29 am, Jackson County SO deputies were dispatched to the area of FM 822, from a call stating that their home had just been shot at, and the individual gave a description of the vehicle. An investigator located the vehicle on FM 822 and Rose Street. A vehicle with 3 occupants was stopped, and a gun was found in the vehicle along with evidence.
All three arrested (Oscar Ismael Palacios, Jr of Ganado, Ismael Terrell Rogers of Edna, Collin Jibran Knox of Tivoli), were charged with Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, Deadly Conduct/ Discharge Firearm, and Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon. During the arrest, officers found that Oscar Ismael Palacios Jr. was concealing drugs on his person, which resulted in additional charges of Possession of Marijuana <20oz and Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair. The vehicle was towed, and all three subjects were booked into Jackson County Jail.
