Hamblin says authorities need plans for housing sick people

“We are starting to catch up on prevention,” Dr. James Hamblin says, but “I don’t think we have enough plans in place for what people should do when they are sick.” He adds: “Most people don’t have a second home” to retreat to, so the risk of spreading the coronavirus within families is high.
